In November 2009 BNW took on the job of replacing windows, siding, shutters, gutters, exterior and storm doors on our house.,Schedules were kept. This was true of times set for meetings before the contract for the work was signed and the start time for the job each day. On the rare occasion that someone was going to be late, there was a phone call to let us know. We were never left hanging or waiting and wondering.,All the workers were polite.efficient and showed respect for the property. They cleaned up after themselves daily. As the job progressed, if we had a concern it was addressed in a timely manner. BNW did everything they said they would do. Every promise was kept. We enjoy the new look on our house and so does everyone from the postman to the neighbors. Ann W. |
