Dear Bruce, We wanted to take a brief moment and let you know that we absolutely love our replacement windows. Replacing 29 windows is no small task and could be a budget buster. From when we first met with Pat to discuss the windows to installation with Jerry, you and your team did a fabulous job. We were pleased that within the promised four week timeframe we had our windows installed as we were also scheduling exterior painting and gutter installation. The windows themselves have exceeded our expectations. Since installing the windows in May 2009 we have saved hundreds of dollars on our heating and cooling expenses. These windows are paying for themselves in energy efficiency alone. Perhaps the only 'complaint' that we have about the new windows is that we cannot hear the birds singing and chirping in the morning. This is a small compromise to make for a truly beautiful replacement window. Many of our neighbors have commented on our windows and that they do not look like they have been replaced. This is definitely a complement as other neighbors have had their window replaced and it is very obvious that they were installed poorly and not trimmed out appropriately. From start to finish, you and your staff took the time to ensure that we were pleased with our product and completely satisfied. The service that we have received from BNW and Milgard has been exceptional and we would not hesitate to recommend your company and the products that your represent to others.
