Dear Bruce and company, Many thanks to you and your employees for the excellent work installing my new sliding glass patio door. I am 100% satisfied, and have already noticed a difference in the sound quality and warmth in that room. The quality of the products you sell and the care with which they are installed shows your standards are well above the average contractor. Your installers were most respectful and cleaned up so well in the house and the yard that I didn't even know they had been there. Despite some scheduling conflicts on my part,and the weather not cooperating by dumping so much snow during January, the original price quoted to me was never changed. I felt it was worth every penny. As a first time customer, I would like to say that as I make improvements to my home I will definately call BNW Builders again, and will recommend BNW to my friends.
