All I needed was new gutters, but the person who came out was very polite and thorough. It was very helpful not to feel pushed or coerced and he explained how the gutters work very clearly and answered all my questions. ,The main reason I chose BNW is because I felt I could trust them and they did not disappoint me. We had a little communication problem connecting with each other on the phone, but I was really in no hurry, so it was okay. They did the job mostly in one day and came back on Monday to finish up a few details. Everything looks great! Now we just need a good rain so I can see them work! Thanks, BNW!
