The issue with exterior siding has always been the seams. Until now. Celect cellular siding has no butt joints. Instead, individual boards snap together and installation is faster than fiber cement.

The seams are where siding comes together. And until Celect, it's where siding has come apart. Constant expansion and contraction are the reasons why seams — whether for wood or fiber cement — pull apart, buckle and split over time and, worst of all, let in the moisture that breaks down the siding. Because, once moisture gets in, it will begin to disintegrate the siding. Unless, of course, the siding is Celect.
