I decided to price replacement windows since my house still had the originals (1950?s), were painted shut, and were obviously inefficient. I received estimates from major companies and contractors in Richmond, including BNW. When Bruce came out, he was very friendly, seemed to have a good product and warranty, and price d to a very reasonable figure. I decided to go with BNW not only for the price and product, but also because Bruce came across as hard working, down-to-earth, and honest rather than as a sales/pitch-man. The job was done very professionally and I am still happy with the quality and workmanship of the windows and installation.
I’m sure my six windows were a minor job for Bruce, but it was a significant investment for me and he treated it accordingly. Also, Bruce went out of his way to answer all my questions or address my “issues”, which turned out to NOT be issues, following the installation.
Overall, I could not be happier with the windows or service that Bruce provided and am enjoying my new windows. For me, the ultimate test of satisfaction is whether or not I would refer or use BNW Builders for future projects on my current house or any future home. And the answer is a definitive “YES”.
