Two-Phase, Exterior Home Improvements
The first phase was to replace the existing roof. For second phase of the job, our designers collaborated with the homeowner to take the large patio slab and add a 3-season porch. Note: the old roof is pictured in the first two images. The new roof is in the remaining but also shows the patio slab before phase II.
